Jamestown Bridge 10K: North Kingstown, RI

Jaime, Brian and Anne traveled to Rhode Island for Easter weekend to take part in the the inaugural running of the Jamestown Bridge 10K. The three battled through some pretty tough weather conditions (rain, wind, low temps) and crossed the significant bridge not once, but TWICE in this challenging 10k. Free jellybeans at the finish made it all worthwhile! Check out the photos!

Doyles Emerald Necklace 5M: Jamaica Plain, MA

Some of the Cambridge NACHOs emerged from their winter hibernation to breathe in the wonderful springtime air for this beautiful run on a Sunday morning. The course was rolling through the greenest part of Boston and the NACHOs enjoyed the lack of concrete and stoplights. This race will definitely go into the Cambridge yearly rotation for the awesome course and the free beer at the finish! Check out the photos!!

Shamrock Shuffle 8k!

The CHI Nachos were out in full force on April 10th for the Shamrock Shuffle, the world's largest 8k and a race that rivals the Chicago marathon in size!

It was a hot day in Chicago, but the NACHO team powered through for an awesome race! After running, the team engaged in the NACHO tradition of beer and nachos (both breakfast nachos and carne asada style) at Heather and Holly's place - thanks for hosting, ladies!

Cohasset Race by the Sea 10K: Cohasset, MA

Why is it that every year that the NACHOs run this race do they look at each other after crossing the finish line and look defeated? This year was no different, with Jason, Jess, Brian and Anne all getting pummeled by the extreme hills and windy course of beautiful scenic Cohasset. If one jogged the course they'd see the AMAZING houses, GORGEOUS water views, and WELCOMING cheering locals...but these four ran hard and left nothing out out on the course.

SacTown 10M: Sacramento, CA

New NACHO recruit Michael Todd rocked it at today's 10 mile race, setting a great pace at his first 10 mile race! It was a cold start at this inaugural race, and a long one too - with a 30 minute delay due to a passing sky rail! Hopefully they iron out the glitches for next year. Overall it was a flat but windy course. Geri had a solid finish, winning 3rd in her age group, and was the 24th woman overall!
