Wellesley 1 Miler for the Hannah Randolph Memorial Fund

Kate B brought this to our attention and it looks like a fun event!  Registration is open!

The Wellesley 1 Miler is a 1 mile run on the roads and fields of the beautiful Elm Bank Reservation. We encourage everyone from competitive adult runners to youth runners and families to come out and support our cause on Mother’s Day.
Course: The one-mile course will include roads and fields in scenic Elm Bank Reservation.
Waves: The race will include a race wave, a youth wave (runners 16 and under) and a family wave.
Cause: All of the proceeds from the race will go to the Hannah Randolph Memorial Fund, established in memory of Hannah Randolph, a Wellesley 9th grader who died in 2012. The fund provides scholarships to 9th graders who share Hannah’s passion for sports, arts, and friendship.
